Joseph Lopez

Joseph Lopez is the CEO of Pure IV, a physician-owned mobile IV therapy company operating across 10 markets in 8 states.
Joseph grew up in Rosemead, California. He worked retail, played a ton of video games, and went to East Los Angeles College, where he originally applied to nursing school. That didn't stick & he figured out pretty quickly that he wanted to build businesses, not work inside someone else's.
He got his start in entrepreneurship through gaming, where he learned how to grow a brand and manage projects. From there, he moved into construction at Quandary Construction, working his way up from Project Manager to Director of Accounting, gaining real-world experience in operations, finance, and team management along the way. In 2016, he founded OMG Marketing, a digital marketing agency that works with mobile IV therapy and med spa businesses. He still runs it today with his two partners and longtime friends, Ryan Sonnenberg and Ian Welsh. Nearly a decade in, OMG has worked with hundreds of IV therapy and wellness brands across the country, so Joseph knows this industry from both the operator and marketing sides.
After that, Joseph joined Arizona IV Medics as CEO. Over five years, he took the company from $2.4 million a year to over $10 million in annual revenue. He built out operations across multiple markets, led large teams, managed multi-state compliance, and helped turn it into one of the biggest mobile IV brands in Arizona. He stepped down from day-to-day leadership but still holds an ownership stake.
He started Pure IV because after all of that, running an agency in this space, scaling a major IV company, seeing how the industry works from every angle, he saw a real gap. There was no nationwide mobile IV company that was physician-owned, clinically focused, and actually built around helping people who need hydration. Not a gimmick, not a trend; a real service for real people.
That's what Pure IV is. Ten markets, nine states, and growing. Built by someone who's already done it at scale and knows exactly what it takes.
Ryan Sonnenberg, MBA

Ryan Sonnenberg is the Chief Operations Officer of Pure IV and a business leader with a strong track record in growth, strategy, and operations. He brings years of leadership experience from large, high-performance organizations, including Zoetis, a Fortune 500 company, where he served in roles like Regional Business Director and Director of Diagnostic Innovation & Business Development. He also held leadership roles with Henry Schein Animal Health.
Ryan is also an owner and CFO at OMG Marketing, where he works alongside longtime friend Joseph Lopez. Together, they’ve built a top marketing and growth firm in the mobile IV therapy and med spa space. Ryan helps drive smart, scalable growth by building strong financial systems, transparent reporting, and disciplined decision-making.
At Pure IV, Ryan focuses on sustainable expansion, operational efficiency, and helping the company scale the right way without cutting corners.
Allison Lane, MD
Medical Director

Dr. Allison Lane is a board-certified physician who focuses on clear communication, patient safety, and personalized treatment plans. She works closely with our team to ensure care is safe based on each person’s medical history, needs, and goals. Her clinical interests include sports medicine, emergency medicine, and tactical medicine.
Dr. Lane has extensive experience providing medical support for athletes and major events. She is the Medical Director for the Tucson Roadrunners and has served as a team physician for University of Arizona athletics and multiple professional and community sports organizations. She also works as a ringside physician for boxing and MMA events.
She’s also active in community service and medical training, helping teach CPR, Narcan use, Stop the Bleed, and basic first aid. At Pure IV, Dr. Lane's focus is on medical compliance, patient safety, and helping scale Pure IV on the medical side.
